Before The Cross brings the image of man on his knees in worship before a Holy and Loving God who has demonstrated His love for us through the Cross.
It is only through the perfect life of Jesus Christ, His death on the Cross, and His resurrection, that we can have a relationship with Him. It is ultimately Before The Cross where we surrender our will for His Will and with joy choose to follow Him for the rest of our lives. Everything is about Jesus and He is the reason we can have a relationship with God.
That’s what BTC is all about and with that being said, we want to welcome Erica Boutwell to the Before The Cross team!
We couldn’t be more excited to have Erica join us who is an incredible wife to her husband, mom to her children, and leader to the next generation and to women!
Erica says “I’m a Jesus-follower who also have the privilege of being the wife to a guy named Stephen and the mom to 3 wild boys. My passion is leading other Jesus-followers in worship, pouring into the next generation, and discipling women. I’m crazy excited to see what God is planning in all of this. Writing, outside of music, is not something I’ve pursued or even considered myself that great at. But lately He has been putting things on my heart and doing works in my life that I believe others could be encouraged with, so I’m grateful for the opportunity.”
