I don’t want to be misleading and make you think that sanctification only happens within 48 hours. It’s a lifetime journey for those who decide to follow Christ. This is simply a story of what I experienced recently in regards to my own personal sanctification and I hope it encourages
Yes — God loves your children more than you do. Jesus welcomed children, blessed them, and said “to such belongs the kingdom of heaven” (Matthew 19:14). The God who knit them together (Psalm 139:13) can be trusted with their story. Here’s the hope that gives anxious parents. I admit .
Baptism is not what saves us — we are saved by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone (Ephesians 2:8–9; the thief on the cross was never baptized, Luke 23:43). But baptism is commanded by Jesus (Matthew 28:19) as the first act of obedience that publicly declares our faith.
