“Live in harmony with one another. Do not be haughty, but associate with the lowly. Never be wise in your own sight.” – Romans 12:16 The Bible tells us to not be haughty (having or showing arrogant superiority to and disdain of those one views as unworthy), but instead to
“Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor.” – Romans 12:10 Who can you be devoted to today? A definition of devoted is to give entirely of yourself to a specific person, that is to devote yourself to someone.

Who is someone you can “outdo” in showing honor to them? The Bible states we should count others more significant than ourselves in humility (Philippians 2:3).
