In a recent Time magazine article it cited that 91% of Gen Z feel stressed out and anxious all the time. Gen X before them is a little bit lower but still in the high 80s percentage wise. What we can see is that with every new generation we are becoming more anxious, stressed, and busy as a people.
Don’t you think it’s a problem when we ask each other how things are going we all answer typically with “I’m so busy right now.” We’re glancing at our phones or watches every two seconds and can barely pay attention to anything. We’re going so fast that most information we take in, we only scan in. We scroll. Click through. We keep going and going and I don’t know about you, but it feels like to be things keep speeding up year after year.
We are moving at an unsustainable pace and We are tired.
So, what do we do with that? How are we supposed to live this life with everything going on?
Here’s a message I gave in regards to how to find rest in Jesus.

“Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” – Matthew 11:28-30
